Provide L2/L3 functional support and incident resolution for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management, Order Management, Receivables, and related demand, shipping, procurement, and item master processes.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to resolve complex issues and support minor enhancements, data fixes, and deployments.
Learn and progressively take ownership of Oracle GTM functional areas including restricted party screening, trade transactions, hold release, and related trade compliance tasks.
Minimum Requirements
8 - 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS functional support focusing on Supply Chain, Order Management, or Receivables modules.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain, OSFM, Oracle Order Management/Receivables; ModelN Revenue Management preferred.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and request management and strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
Work Experience Required: 8-10 years; Must be willing to work APAC/India timezone with occasional US hours overlap.

Experienced Oracle EBS functional consultant with deep understanding of Supply Chain and Order to Invoice business processes and hands-on troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, offshore delivery center environment collaborating with BSAs, DBAs, and business stakeholders.
