Own full business responsibility for the assigned district area including driving sustainable sales growth and business development.
Lead and manage a team of Area Business Managers and Executives to meet quarterly sales targets and implement marketing strategies.
Manage product mix, stock levels, regional expense budgets, and build strong relationships with veterinarians, key accounts, and retailers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management or animal health.
Techno-marketing skills and people management experience.
Location: India; Travel up to 50% required.

Proven record of delivering sales growth across diverse product portfolios in animal health or related sectors.
Experience in stock management and controlling expense budgets at regional levels.
