Minimum Requirements
Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, operations research, or another quantitative field required.
Significant experience leading applied AI, decision intelligence, optimisation, or analytics in complex operational domains.
Strong understanding and experience with optimisation methods (heuristics, search, mathematical programming) and AI integration.
Proficient in Python and experienced with experimentation, model validation, and translating technical methods into business value.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technical leader with credibility across AI and optimisation, able to lead and direct specialists rather than implement all models personally.
Experienced in agentic AI systems and human-in-the-loop workflows combined with optimisation expertise in planning, routing, and network problems.
