Own and manage the end-to-end global procurement process from intake through contract, purchase requisition, and purchase order across all regions.
Serve as Business Owner for procurement tools (e.g., SPEND, SWORD), defining requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring tool alignment with global processes and KPIs.
Drive global governance, compliance, scalability, continuous improvement, and automation opportunities while partnering with Purchasing, Finance, Legal, ICT, and SWE leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years work experience including 5 years in leading procurement operations or global process ownership roles.
At least 1 year hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (requisitions, PO management, approvals).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing global procurement processes in large or matrixed organizations with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
Strong understanding of procurement, finance, and compliance interactions including audit readiness.
