Own end-to-end facility operations across multiple sites including housekeeping, maintenance, transport, cafeteria, and security services.
Manage vendor relationships and compliance (contract labour, SEZ operations, EHS/WHS), ensuring SLA adherence and audit readiness.
Lead renovations and capital projects, control OpEx budgets, and drive cost optimisation across workplace services.
Minimum Requirements
12–16 years in Facilities / Workplace Services with 5+ years managing multi-site operations regionally or pan-India.
Experience managing facilities for 5,000+ employees across 2-3+ locations, preferably in BPO/ITeS/GCC/Shared Services or large corporate/IFM.
Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Hotel Management / Facilities Management graduate mandatory; MBA and NEBOSH/IOSH/IFMA certifications preferred.
Willing to be based in Noida or Hyderabad with extensive travel across sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing hard and soft services, MEP, asset management, transport, cafeteria, EHS/WHS, contract labour, and SEZ compliance in a multi-site context.
Proficient with CAFM/IWMS/FM platforms, helpdesk, workflow automation, and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.
Strong operational discipline with proven vendor management, data-driven problem solving, crisis management skills, and leadership readiness for pan-India role.
