Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or related discipline.
Experience managing cross-functional projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare technology or payment integrity domains, preferably with claims processing or claims editing exposure.
Skilled in coordinating geographically distributed teams and managing projects that require cross-functional collaboration across global time zones.
Familiar with creating executive dashboards, project reporting, and promoting modern project management practices including AI-enabled productivity.
