Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations including platform health, service delivery, automation, and compliance across a large financial institution.
Oversee IAM service stability, incident and change management, audit readiness, and operational risk posture while coordinating with multiple internal teams and managing third-party vendors.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with automation-first mindset to reduce manual tasks, improve user self-service capabilities, and maintain strong stakeholder communication including executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations with 5+ years in team leadership and service delivery roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
Experience managing IAM services for large enterprise scale environments (10,000+ users), including complex directories and multi-region setups.
Experience supporting audits and compliance related to access controls (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and managing ITSM operations (incident, problem, change, request management).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven senior leader capable of managing both onshore and offshore teams with strong operational discipline and ability to drive measurable service improvements.
Experienced in balancing security, reliability, and user experience within IAM while collaborating across security, infrastructure, HR, and service management teams.
Comfortable articulating complex IAM technical concepts to senior management and driving strategy, governance, and risk compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
