IN_Senior Associate_IAM Engineer_Strategy, Governance, Risk & Compliance_Advisory_Bangalore

Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure, scalable identity services including platform operations and vendor management.

Drive IAM service delivery, automation, audit and compliance execution, risk posture management, and operational stability across various IAM platforms.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure) to oversee platform health, develop technical strategy, and support operational risk management.

8-12 years of experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience operating IAM services at enterprise scale with strong ITSM and operational management skills.

Experience managing personnel onsite and offshore, supporting audits and compliance (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI), and familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST, CRI, DORA, SOX.

Experienced leader with proven ability to manage IAM teams and third-party vendors in large, complex, multi-region enterprise environments.

Strong operational rigor with focus on automation, reducing manual tasks, and driving measurable improvements in IAM service delivery.

Skilled in stakeholder communication including executive-level reporting and balancing security, reliability, and user experience in IAM operations.
