Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud omnichannel solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Build and manage sophisticated cross-channel journeys and campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and mobile push with personalization and compliance.
Provide technical leadership including mentoring, code reviews, documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to build reusable components and scalable marketing technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of marketing automation or marketing technology experience, including substantial hands-on SFMC implementation.
Mandatory minimum 1-2 years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
Proven experience owning end-to-end technical workstreams from discovery through deployment and operational support.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, business systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting, shared services, agency, or enterprise environments delivering SFMC and Data Cloud solutions for diverse clients or business units.
Strong technical depth with hands-on coding in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, and marketing data engineering for scalable campaigns.
Able to engage globally with stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions and trainings, and drive reusable standards and operational excellence.
