Own and secure the agentic AI platform including multi-year security roadmap and runtime security controls against emerging AI threats.
Lead the security architecture for cloud and infrastructure security across AWS, GCP, and Azure, enforcing standards and zero-data-retention commitments.
Build and lead a distributed security engineering team, embedding AI-first approaches and security automation integrated into CI/CD processes.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years in cybersecurity/security engineering with 4+ years leading engineering or security teams.
Hands-on experience in security engineering including automation using Python, Terraform, or equivalents.
Proven expertise in application/product security and cloud infrastructure security with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience managing distributed teams across India and the U.S. preferred; Location preference: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in securing enterprise-scale AI and SaaS platforms, especially within regulated industries like financial services, insurance, healthcare, or telecom.
Strong strategic and hands-on leadership capable of partnering with Product, Engineering, AI/R&D, Cloud, and Compliance teams at a senior level.
Able to design and implement security architectures that address novel AI threats (e.g., prompt injection, tool abuse) and drive AI-enabled automation for security operations.
