Product Lead - Private Credit (Direct Lending)

Own and execute the Private Credit product roadmap, driving definition, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration of product capabilities across deal-close and post-close lifecycle workflows.

Engage closely with clients, design partners, and internal teams to validate product direction, translate recurring client needs into scalable features, and ensure alignment with private credit domain specifics.

Utilize AI-assisted coding and modern tools to prototype and implement AI-enabled capabilities for credit agreement interpretation, compliance, reporting, and related workflows.

5+ years of hands-on private credit experience with meaningful exposure to lifecycle, documentation, calculations, and workflows; product management experience is a plus.

Strong expertise in direct lending or related private credit strategies such as asset-based finance, structured credit, specialty finance, CRE lending, and familiarity with loan structures like unitranche, revolvers, and CLOs.

Proficiency in covenant monitoring, compliance certificate handling, borrowing base calculations, loan lifecycle events, and credit agreement analysis.

Strong Excel skills and financial modeling; SQL experience strongly preferred; familiarity with scripting, APIs, or low-code tools advantageous; bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or related field.

Deep domain expertise in private credit investments, especially direct lending, with practical understanding of complex credit structures and operational workflows.

Experience with financial technology platforms and AI prototyping tools to rapidly design and validate product features in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Capable of translating complex credit concepts into clear product requirements and engaging effectively with engineering, sales, and clients to drive product adoption and market impact.
