Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting delivery of a wide range of Trade Service products including issuing, advising, amending letters of credit, and processing collections according to Trade Services standards.
Provide day-to-day leadership, guide individuals on complex tasks, assist with staff training, and coordinate workflow in leadership absence.
Identify opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals, recommend policy/procedure changes, and collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Trade Services support experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
Experience or exposure to BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Anti-boycott policies and procedures (1+ year preferred).
Required communication skills to provide clear and concise risk escalations.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Trade Services support.

Experienced in managing and escalating issues related to financial crimes and regulatory compliance within Trade Services.
