Deliver end-to-end source-to-pay transactional support for Specialty Care and Research & Development in North America with responsibility for issue resolution, transaction approval within tolerance rules, and queue performance.
Maintain vendor records, validate purchase orders, manage invoice processing, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and compliance.
Support deployment and adoption of source-to-pay initiatives, produce spend analysis reports, and provide system testing and peer guidance under general supervision.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years experience in procurement support, purchase-to-pay operations, vendor management, or finance operations.
Hands-on transactional experience with Coupa and ability to navigate SHIFT for issue research; proficiency in intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant operational procurement or finance support roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transactional source-to-pay environment with strong knowledge of purchase order lifecycle, invoice/payment processing, and vendor management.
Ability to work independently on routine matters with sound judgment on escalation; skilled in managing competing SLAs in a ticket queue environment.
Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments, reporting and spend analysis tools, and collaboration across procurement, finance, legal, and quality domains.
