Own multiple components/modules development within the Android Automotive system from requirement analysis through delivery and integration.
Ensure implementation of test strategies, pre-integration testing, and verification of functional areas.
Collaborate in an agile cross-functional team and mentor less experienced team members.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience modifying Android framework components, system services, and Android SDK.
Strong expertise in Android Framework, AOSP platform architecture, Android Automotive System, and Car Framework.
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and Object-Oriented Programming, with experience in IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) systems domain.
Work location: Office-based, onsite five days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling full software development lifecycle (SDLC and STLC) in Android Automotive environment.
Capable of leading, planning, and organizing tasks within an agile team while mentoring junior members.
Demonstrates deep technical expertise with Android Components including Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, and Treble Architecture.
