SAP Production & Subcon Analyst

Own and advance production planning and subcontract planning within the global SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on SAP PP/DS detailed scheduling and heuristics.

Support onboarding, enablement, and collaboration with subcontractors through SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, including purchase order and order confirmation activities.

Drive global standardization of planning processes, maintain master data quality, support testing and go-live activities, and lead continuous improvement efforts across planning and procurement functions.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of SAP production planning, supply chain, or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on functional experience with SAP PP/DS (or APO PP-DS) and knowledge of subcontracting processes in SAP, including component provisioning and settlement.

Experience deploying or supporting SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing, including testing and cutover activities; Location: Bangalore with hybrid work setup.

Experienced in detailed production planning and scheduling within SAP PP/DS in a manufacturing context, able to solve complex planning and master data issues.

Skilled at managing subcontractor collaboration via SAP Ariba SCC and capable of handling cross-functional stakeholder communication globally.

Comfortable working in standardized global ERP template environments with a focus on continuous improvement and post-go-live support.
