Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, Crew.ai, and Autogen.
Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for better information retrieval and response generation.
Implement monitoring, logging, testing, and documentation to ensure agent safety and performance.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 4 to 7 years, with 2 to 3 years specifically in relevant AI/automation technologies.
Mandatory skills: Advanced Python programming (async and API development), vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipeline implementation, prompt engineering, and modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Education: BE, ME, M.Tech, B.Tech, MBA, or MCA required.
Location: PAN India; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in building and deploying autonomous AI agents using LangChain and similar frameworks.
Strong familiarity with large language models (LLMs), multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), and AI safety principles including hallucination resolution.
Hands-on expertise with AI orchestration tools, container technologies, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems in an enterprise advisory environment.
