Serve as key HR contact for Hyderabad Engineering site and India operations, partnering with leaders from Manager to VP to drive HR strategies and business objectives.
Lead talent management including performance management, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and global HR teams to shape India-specific HR programs and provide analytics-driven recommendations on engagement, attrition, and retention.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3–4 years as HR Business Partner in a global technology organization.
Experience working in Global Capability Center (GCC) or India Development Center environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws including Industrial Relations Code, POSH Act, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Proficiency with HR analytics and HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex HR challenges such as restructuring, attrition control, and employee relations within a tech/GCC environment.
Ability to influence and coach cross-level leadership, integrating global HR practices with local market requirements.
Skilled partner across HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to implement effective people strategies.
