Manage end-to-end payroll operations including processing monthly payroll and ensuring timely accurate salary disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, PT, Income Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and support related filings and audits.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and employees to resolve payroll issues and support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in payroll processing, reporting, and statutory compliance.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
Good knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances including Income Tax and Provident Fund.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel and payroll systems experience preferred (e.g. ADP, Workday).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced handling payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
Comfortable working across multiple internal and external stakeholders including payroll vendors, HR and Finance teams.
Able to manage payroll accounting reconciliations and complex data validations using Excel and payroll software platforms.
