Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java.
Drive adoption and prototyping of AI-powered testing tools and techniques to improve test speed, coverage, and innovation.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results to collaborate on defect resolution and maintain automation coverage reports.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years experience in software test automation with at least 2-3 years using AI-augmented testing tools.
Proficient programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest or BrowserStack).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expert-level skills in Playwright and Python scripting with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience applying AI Copilot tools within testing or QA contexts and familiarity with API testing frameworks (REST Assured, Postman, Swagger).
Comfortable working in Agile teams and driving testing automation strategy for enterprise-scale applications.
