QA Lead Engineer

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java.

Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation speed, coverage, and intelligence, including prototyping AI/ML-driven testing use cases.

Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and provide test metrics, coverage reports, and collaboration for defect resolution.

8+ years of experience in software test automation, with at least 6+ years working with AI-augmented testing tools.

Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java with expert-level Playwright and Python scripting.

Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest/BrowserStack), and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) plus version control (Git).

Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software test automation; Location Requirement: Full-time position based in Bengaluru.

Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, reusable test automation frameworks for enterprise-scale applications.

Strong familiarity with AI-augmented testing tools and comfortable experimenting with emerging AI/ML testing innovations.

Practical Agile/Scrum working experience with analytical skills to debug failures and collaborate with developers and business analysts.
