Lead and mentor SAP FICO & PS team managing workload, escalations, and incident management including Major Incident Manager responsibilities.
Drive SAP transformation initiatives including S/4HANA implementation, testing, integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management), approve ChaRM changes, ensure audit compliance, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
7–15 years of SAP FICO & PS experience specifically in manufacturing with global exposure.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance from a reputed university.
Strong expertise in SAP FICO & PS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA, Product Costing) and hands-on S/4HANA experience.
Experience with ITIL framework and service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
