Act as initial on-call responder, mentor junior engineers, participate in RFC process, contribute to hiring, and support team onboarding and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, and Kafka.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, SQL databases, API development, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, and version control.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Distributed Systems, and scalable architectures.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience designing scalable, highly available backend applications in distributed systems environments.
Operationally capable of production troubleshooting, automation, and clean coding practices with a focus on quality and maintainability.
