Design, configure, and optimize Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance modules to support global employee growth and performance management.
Develop and manage automated digital learning paths, competency frameworks, performance review cycles, talent governance workflows, and compliance tracking within Workday.
Lead system upgrade audits and train internal HR and learning administrators on new features and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of total experience with 4+ years dedicated to Workday Learning or Talent module implementation and configuration.
Mandatory Workday certification: Certified Learning OR Certified Talent Optimization.
Strong expertise in Workday Business Process Builder, calibration dashboards, calculated fields, and e-learning content integration standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI).
Work Experience Required: 4+ years relevant Workday Learning/Talent experience; Remote work mode; Offshore location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced consultant skilled in translating complex learning and talent strategies into automated Workday configurations.
Strong technical proficiency with Workday's advanced features and capability modeling strategies in corporate learning ecosystems.
Familiarity with large-scale digital content migrations or integration of external e-learning platforms with Workday Learning (preferred but not mandatory).
