Partner with account leadership to drive transformation and business priorities through HR strategies, coaching, and employee lifecycle management.
Leverage HR expertise and Centres of Excellence to optimize HR policies, processes, and services enhancing employee experience and business performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 15 years of equivalent work experience, including leadership experience in a country or large business scale and working within a matrix organization.
Experience managing HR functions in a complex, multi-country or regional business environment, with familiarity in HR systems such as Workday, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, and PeopleSoft.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
