Lead and manage trade support operations for Cash Equities on NSE and BSE including trade booking, reporting, and reconciliations.
Own day-to-day regulatory reporting, compliance, risk management, collateral maintenance, and funds movements including client margin at Exchange Clearing Corporations.
Coordinate with onboarding, compliance, and IT teams for account setup, regulatory implementations, system UAT, MIS reporting, and audit support across regional operations.
Minimum Requirements
15-20 years of experience in Institutional Broking Operations focusing on middle and back-office controls, reconciliations, audit, and compliance support.
Graduate degree required.
Strong expertise in trade support roles with knowledge of regulatory compliances for trade reporting and settlement in cash market and F&O.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables), Word, email communication, and database/application management is mandatory.
