Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem using Agentforce, LLM APIs, prompt templates, agentic workflows, and RAG to improve productivity and decision-making.
Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver scalable AI integrations across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
Maintain technical documentation, monitor AI agent performance, and contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and governance for Salesforce AI implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years experience in Salesforce platform development, architecture, or enterprise application implementation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and developing AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications via REST APIs, middleware, including proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows.

Experienced in working directly with business stakeholders and customers in solution delivery or consulting roles involving Salesforce AI solutions.
