Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and solutions using Salesforce Agentforce to improve productivity and decision-making.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration within Salesforce ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience including development, configuration, customization, and integration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and AI-powered applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs and middleware; Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end AI and Salesforce solution delivery in agile environments with direct customer and stakeholder engagement.
Strong consulting and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical Salesforce solutions.
