Lead configuration, development, administration, and support of the ServiceNow environment within CTS.
Serve as ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert providing technical guidance and developing innovative solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, collaborate with internal customers, and manage training and quality assurance activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years experience with ServiceNow analysis, configuration, development, and full lifecycle implementation.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics preferred; ITIL and relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Work Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong with expertise in client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), Service Portals, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and workflow tools.
Experienced in Agile (Scrum) environments and system integrations via SOAP and REST APIs.
Skilled in business analysis including requirements gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
