Lead configuration, development, administration, and support for ServiceNow within CTS.
Serve as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert providing technical guidance and implementing innovative solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with other legacy systems, design system functionality, and support internal customers including training and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow analysis, configuration, development, and delivery of customizations and solutions.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Performance Analytics desired; ITIL and relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Location requirement: Hyderabad, India (Raidurg Village, B7 South Tower, Serilingampally Mandal).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations with strong troubleshooting and custom application development skills.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with ability to mentor team members and manage multiple tasks.
Skilled in client-side and server-side scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), Service Portal development, integrations (SOAP, REST), and maintaining ServiceNow Mobile applications.
