Accurately process and manage employee-related transactions (job changes, transfers, compensation, payroll) in Workday ensuring correctness of effective dates, documentation, and approvals.
Monitor and follow up on transaction approvals through the Workday workflow to prevent payroll delays and resolve exceptions.
Maintain transaction quality controls including pre-submission checks and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll timelines.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, Payroll Operations or related function.
Hands-on experience processing employee transactions in Workday or a comparable HRIS.
Ability to work night shift (6:30pm-3:30am IST or 7:30pm-4:30am IST during daylight savings) with hybrid work model (3 days office in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurugram).
