Drive continuous process improvements by facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and define business requirements and processes.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and govern requirements for consistency and alignment.
Lead UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, and coordinate user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
Minimum Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst mandatory.
Experience with project management methodologies and software development processes.
Proficient in data analysis tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex stakeholder interactions to drive consensus and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
Knowledgeable in SAP modules relevant to domain (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, RD&E/Sustainability) preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with data cataloging, data lineage, KPI definitions, and cloud data platforms (Databricks SQL, dbt) considered advantageous.
