Own end-to-end statutory reporting and audit delivery for multiple legal entities across Asian jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal policies.
Manage audit execution including planning, coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring timeliness and risk mitigation.
Lead and develop a team responsible for statutory reporting and compliance, driving performance, capability development, and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or local equivalent) mandatory.
6–8+ years of experience in statutory reporting and external audit management in multinational or Big 4 environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP; experience with SOX and internal controls compliance.
Work Experience Required: 6–8+ years in statutory reporting and external audit management
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing statutory reporting and audit processes across multiple jurisdictions in a shared services or GBS environment preferred.
Proven leadership with direct people management experience and ability to drive team accountability and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex statutory and audit issues in cross-functional, multi-country environments.
