Design, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata deployment using enterprise DevOps tooling.
Manage end-to-end sandbox lifecycle including environment creation, data masking, and org alignment.
Lead release triage efforts resolving metadata package conflicts, deployment failures, and component dependency issues.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years core DevOps or infrastructure orchestration experience with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce release management.
Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer certification mandatory.
Strong technical expertise with Salesforce release platforms (Copado, Gearset, Flosum) or cloud CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Deep understanding of Git, Salesforce CLI, metadata API package structures, and Salesforce DX platform architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in orchestrating complex multi-stream Salesforce development with branching and deployment strategies.
Capable of automating code quality and security gates integrating static code analysis tools into pipelines.
Able to script and extend automation frameworks using Bash, Python, or JavaScript for custom deployment handling.
