Minimum Requirements
10-14 years in offshore/managed-services delivery management.
At least 5 years managing a delivery organisation of 50+ members.
Proven experience in SLA/KPI performance, capacity planning, and cost/utilisation management.
Strong understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement.
