Maintain and monitor network, servers, and IT infrastructure performance using various tools and dashboards.
Respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting, and manage outages as per SLA, including documentation in incident tracking systems.
Perform routine maintenance, system updates, patch management, backups, and assist in network upgrades and expansions.
Minimum Requirements
5-6 years of experience in NOC operations, system administration, VMware, Citrix, Red Hat Linux, Networking, O365, MSSQL, DC management, Azure or AWS related roles.
Proficient in Windows Server Administration (2008R to 2016), VMware vSphere (6+), backup technologies (Veeam, Zerto, Cohesity), and network monitoring tools like Nagios, Logic Monitor, Zabbix, PRTG.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred; Diploma accepted.
Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex IT infrastructure in fast-paced, 24/7 operations environments with incident response accountability.
Skilled in virtualization (VMware, Citrix), cloud services (Azure, AWS), and network security devices (Cisco, Fortigate, Meraki).
Familiar with ITIL processes and holds or is willing to obtain certifications like Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Citrix, or ITIL.
