Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML, deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI solutions in Packaging, Supply Chain, and related enterprise functions.
Own large-scale data operations including gathering, mining, feature engineering, and creation of scalable data models and pipelines supporting AI use cases.
Drive solution architecture definition, stakeholder collaboration, and communication of actionable insights via dashboards and presentations; establish MLOps, model governance, and continuous improvement processes for enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field preferred.
12+ years of professional experience including at least 2 years in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
Proven experience deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Must work onsite 5 days a week; Visa Sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of translating complex business needs from Packaging, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related domains into scalable AI/ML solutions.
Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), programming (Python, SQL), cloud and data engineering, and MLOps practices.
Skilled communicator and collaborator engaging with executive and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and business value realization of AI initiatives.
