Execute annual Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Healthcare Compliance (HCC) auditing and monitoring plans, including transaction reviews and control validation.
Support third-party risk management by reviewing documentation, conducting desk reviews and onsite audits, documenting findings, and tracking remediation.
Leverage data analytics, dashboards, AI tools, and automation to enhance compliance monitoring efficiency, identify trends, and improve testing effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related discipline.
6+ years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk, or related function in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn compliance systems, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation platforms.
Ability to travel up to 15% (Domestic and International).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with ABAC compliance, third-party due diligence, channel partner oversight, or monitoring/testing activities.
Familiarity with global organizations and working in a matrix structure.
Progress toward or possession of relevant certifications such as CPA, CRMA, CFE, or CIA is advantageous.
