Conduct high-impact applied research projects within Unilever R&D in areas such as nutrition science, cosmetics, skin microbiome, AI polymer discovery, and process design for cleaning products.
Translate scientific concepts into scalable, consumer-relevant FMCG solutions aligned with Unilever’s innovation roadmap.
Work under dedicated research guidance and receive mentoring while gaining hands-on exposure to industrial R&D practices and facilities.
Minimum Requirements
PhD in Science or Engineering completed within the last 3 years from Indian or global institutes.
Post-doctoral research experience between 0 to 3 years.
Relevant background in disciplines like Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma, Microbiology, Food Technology, Computational Chemistry, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Location: Mumbai or Bangalore; Duration: 12 months (extendable to 18 months).
