Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function for a travel business, including accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Ensure financial accuracy, internal controls, working capital management, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management (MD/CEO) to support profitability, cash flow, investments, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years overall Finance & Accounts experience with proven leadership in CFO, Finance Head, or equivalent role.
Strong domain experience preferably in Travel, Tourism, TMC, Corporate Travel, Airline, Hospitality, or OTA sectors.
Mandatory skills: end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, travel-specific reconciliations (GDS/BSP/airline), cash flow and working capital management, GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, MIS, audit and internal controls.
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA/PGDM in Finance considered with strong relevant experience.
