Own and maintain operational health, performance, and supportability of AWS-hosted microservices and REST API services running on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes in business-critical production environments.
Lead technical incident recovery, root cause analysis, and preventive initiatives to ensure service stability, availability, resilience, and security.
Drive continual service improvement efforts leveraging observability, automation, and responsible AI/AIOps capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of IT operations or application support experience with hands-on ownership of production services.
Proven experience supporting AWS-hosted microservices and REST API solutions, including operational expertise in Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across AWS VPC, Route 53, WAF, load balancing, connectivity, and cloud networking services.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, Shell or Python scripting, and familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex distributed AWS and Kubernetes environments supporting large-scale business-critical services.
Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration involving cloud, network, security, database, and service management teams for incident recovery and continual improvement.
Demonstrates strong operational mindset with expertise in ITIL processes, service reliability engineering practices, and automation-driven operational excellence.
