Provide hands-on operational support for AWS-hosted microservices and REST APIs on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes platforms.
Maintain service availability by troubleshooting production issues across application, container, network, and AWS infrastructure components including VPC, Route 53, and load balancers.
Drive automation of operational tasks using Shell scripting, Python, AWS services, and contribute to AI/AIOps implementations for incident detection and remediation.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of IT operations or application production support experience.
Strong experience with AWS services including EKS/Kubernetes, VPC, Route 53, WAF, ELB/ALB/NLB, IAM, CloudWatch, ECR, and Secrets Manager.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting with Shell or Python.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Experienced in managing large-scale AWS cloud-native microservices in production environments with a focus on operational excellence and reliability.
Comfortable working across multiple domains including platform, network, security, and vendor coordination to ensure service continuity.
