About This Role
- Handle Planisware production support activities specifically for the IT Steering Team.
- Perform complex production analysis, monitoring, and involve in user testing and automation/optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with BAs to clarify functional requirements and apply Agile practices in delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Planisware application support.
- Technical skills in Planisware support including V2 scripting, attribute maintenance, basic Unix commands, and basic Oracle or MS SQL Server knowledge.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospectives).
- Java scripting knowledge is optional, not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Planisware application support and comfortable managing production environments.
- Operates well in Agile teams with familiarity in Agile ceremonies and test-driven practices.
- Capable of independently analyzing production issues and proposing automation or optimization solutions.
