Develop and customize Web GIS solutions using ArcGIS Experience Builder and ArcGIS Server JS framework, including building and deploying custom GP Services and SOE/SOI.
Automate GIS tasks with scripting and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Participate in UAT, ST, and SIT testing, manage source control using GitHub or Bitbucket, and contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience required.
Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Knowledge of Esri Utility Network core principles, database design and PL/SQL, Agile methodology, and Jira software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Utilities domain, ideally with Electric and/or Gas industry knowledge.
Comfortable working with technical GIS development and automation under Agile methodologies.
Capable of managing source control and deployment pipelines, supporting testing phases and client/user communications.
