Own operational health, availability, performance, resilience, and support for AWS-hosted microservices and REST API services on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.
Act as senior technical escalation for complex incidents involving application, API, container, networking, DNS and security, leading P1/P2 incident recovery and root cause analysis.
