Manage Microsoft Intune administration, MECM/SCCM operations, Windows imaging and OS deployment, application packaging, patch management, and automation for enterprise endpoint services.
Lead service transition activities including knowledge transfer, readiness assessments, and service acceptance to ensure smooth operational handover.
Maintain operational service delivery in an SLA-driven environment through incident diagnosis, escalation, and continuous improvement using monitoring and automation tools.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in production support, technology operations, or enterprise service operations.
Hands-on skills with MECM/SCCM operations, Microsoft Intune administration, Windows imaging, application packaging, WSUS patching, and endpoint diagnostics.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and operational automation.
Graduate degree or equivalent and ITIL Foundation certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with large-scale enterprise endpoint lifecycle management and service transition methodologies.
Strong operational focus including adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management) and SLA compliance.
