Coordinate and drive progress across product development, customer support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely completion of commitments.
Maintain visibility into priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues early to prevent major schedule or customer problems.
Provide daily progress updates and weekly management reports highlighting accomplishments, risks, and action items while improving internal execution processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or a similar role OR a recent MBA with strong relevant internship or prior work experience.
Ability to work across technical and business teams with strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Location: Chennai, India; Hybrid or Remote as applicable.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years of relevant experience or recent MBA with strong internship experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional coordination involving engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams in a technology environment.
Capable of identifying risks and bottlenecks early and comfortable working with senior management to escalate and resolve issues.
Background or interest in semiconductor, electronics, EDA, software products, aerospace, automotive, or other engineering-focused industries is advantageous.
