Support sales team across client and sales lifecycle including preparation of client meeting materials, tracking follow-ups, and documenting call reports.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including control functions (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance) for governance and control, and ensure adherence to firm policies and ethics.
Provide pre-trade support, optimize onboarding processes, handle escalations, and assist in client strategy execution to improve client experience and sales efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years relevant experience in sales support or related role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of client onboarding procedures (e.g., KYC, OFAC) and experience with CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience working closely with sales teams and internal control functions in financial services.
