Own end-to-end operational responsibility for the OneStream platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity for the FP&A function.
Lead governance standards, change control board, and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate and trusted financial data across multiple systems.
Manage platform administration team, build internal system capability, and reduce dependency on external implementation partners through training and certification.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (essential).
OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) required at hire; OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) required within 6–12 months of start date.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance systems, including at least 5 years in senior leadership; deep hands-on OneStream experience strongly preferred.
Location requirement: India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior leader with proven track record managing large global finance platform BAU operations and governance.
Strong expertise in OneStream or comparable platforms (Hyperion, Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP BPC) and ability to quickly certify in OneStream if needed.
Operates effectively in complex, multi-entity, multi-currency global finance environments with multiple data sources and integration points.
