Manage General Ledger activities including accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions.
Oversee cash and bank reconciliations, foreign currency accounting and revaluation, intercompany accounting and reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Lead and supervise the GL team, support audit processes, and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and UAT.
Minimum Requirements
MBA in Finance/Accounting and professional qualification such as CMA Inter or CA Inter.
8–12 years of relevant accounting/finance experience with practical exposure in GL, reconciliations, intercompany, and foreign currency accounting.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger, financial accounting principles, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and controls.
Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in managing multinational or multicultural teams and coordinating with stakeholders across functions and countries.
Proven ability to deliver month-end closing and reporting deadlines with high accuracy and accountability.
Experience or familiarity with finance automation, process improvements, and ERP finance systems preferred but not mandatory.
