Lead and manage the accounting team, overseeing daily activities including accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, resolving discrepancies and maintaining financial controls aligned with U.S. GAAP.
Drive process improvements, financial analysis, and maintain audit-ready documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience including at least 2 years in team management or supervisory role.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, U.S. accounting practices (including U.S. GAAP), reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, SUMIFS, data validation). Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years accounting & finance experience.
